Otakuthon 2013 Photoshoot Schedule

Current Status: CLOSED. Thanks to everyone who applied!

Otakuthon 2013 photoshoots are now open, so step right up!

Note: I'll do my best to include everyone, but depending on on demand I may not be able to fit everyone in for Otakuthon. Hopefully isn't the case!

So a quick overview of some basic info here, photoshoots are $30 each, $10 per additional person, you get 7-10 photos at minimum, each one 2000 pixels large. Sessions last 30-45 minutes. Wait time is approximately 2-3 weeks.

More info can be found here which I suggest you take a look at if you haven't already. By requesting a shoot I'll take it you agree to those terms.

What I need from you is the following:

Name(s):

Username(s):

Cosplay Planned:

Desired Location for Meet-up (from the map below):

What time/date:

So what I've decided to do instead of making people choose from limited time slots, is I'll let you choose your own times that will work for you. In order for this to happen, you'll need to send me at least 3-4 time/day slots that you'd be available to shoot at.

Don't limit yourself to just two time slots, this'll work best for everyone if you indicate to me as many possible times you could do the shoot at. For example, if you're wearing Costume X on Saturday and Sunday from 10am-2pm and 12pm-4pm, indicate the hour slots you'd best like to shoot at (Sunday 11am, Saturday 2pm, etc...)

What I'll do is after about a week I'll compile a list that can best suit everyone's schedule. The more choices you give me the more likely you'll get a spot that suits you. : ) It's not entirely first come first serve, but priority will be given to those who contact me first.

That said, I'll be arriving at the con around 3pm on Friday, so 5pm would be the first shoot on that day. Saturday will start at 10am and Sunday at 11am. If you want to shoot somewhere off-site away from the convention area (Montreal is a lovely place), include that location in your email as I'll need to be wary of travel time.

The map provided here is where you would like to meet up with me, its not the final spot where we have to shoot. You'll pick a spot that is ideally the nearest where you want to shoot and we will meet there and move forward from there. If you don't know the convention space, I would recommend Spot 1 on the stairs.

If you have any questions, or you'd like to book a shoot with me, shoot me an email and I'll get back to you shortly!

Thanks everyone

Mike
